Privacy Policy

Last Updated: March 2026

At Prv.to, your privacy is not a feature—it is our core mission. This policy explains how we handle the minimal data we collect, our commitment to zero-logs infrastructure, and your rights under our offshore jurisdiction in Slovakia.

1. The Minimum Data Principle

We strictly adhere to the principle of data minimization. Unlike traditional providers, we do not require your real name, physical address, phone number, or government-issued ID.

  • Account Information: To provide our services, we require only a functional email address. This is used exclusively for account management, recovery, and automated billing notifications.
  • Service Metadata: We keep records of service dates and types of services provided (Domains, Hosting, VPS) to maintain your active subscription.

2. Anonymous & Crypto-Native Payments

Prv.to is a crypto-first platform.

  • No Financial Tracking: We do not store credit card numbers or bank account details.
  • Transaction Data: We record transaction IDs (TXID), amounts, and dates for the sole purpose of confirming your payment via the blockchain.
  • Anonymity: We offer U Trust payment processor. By using Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), or other supported assets, your payment remains decoupled from your physical identity.

3. Our "Zero-Logs" Commitment

Our infrastructure is engineered for privacy:

  • No Traffic Logs: We do not monitor, record, or store any data regarding your website traffic, IP addresses of your visitors, or the content of your communications.
  • No Admin Logs: We do not log your administrative actions within the control panel.
  • No IP Logging: We do not store the IP addresses you use to log into your Prv.to account.

4. Cookies & Automated Data

We use "session cookies" strictly for essential functionality, such as keeping you logged into your secure dashboard. We do not use third-party tracking cookies (e.g., Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel) that profile your behavior across the web.

5. Third-Party Disclosures

  • Domain Registration: When registering Top-Level Domains (TLDs like .com, .net, .org), we are required to share data with the relevant Registry. However, we use our Anonymous Proxy Data to satisfy these requirements, ensuring your personal details never enter the public WHOIS database.
  • Legal Requests: We do not release data to foreign authorities. We only comply with valid orders issued by a Slovakian Court. Due to our "Zero-Logs" architecture, even in such rare events, we generally have no identifying data to provide beyond an email address.

6. Data Sovereignty & Security

All data is stored on secure, encrypted servers located in EU. We employ industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption for all data transfers. Because we do not collect PII (Personally Identifiable Information), the risk of a data breach compromising your real-world identity is effectively mitigated.

7. Your Rights (GDPR Compliance)

Under EU law, you have the right to:

  • Access & Correct: View or update your email address in your dashboard.
  • Erasure: Close your account and request the immediate deletion of all associated data by contacting [email protected].
  • Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. You cannot opt-out of critical system notifications (e.g., domain expiration alerts).

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or legal environment. Significant changes will be announced via your dashboard or email.
